Since 1999 we've hosted monthly rotating art shows featuring many local artists. We are open Monday through Friday from 10-5 and other hours by appointment. We are located at 205 Colonial Way, Johnson City, TN 37601.

Nelson Fine Art was originally opened as Lady Bug Gallery in 1972 and is glad to preserve 50+ years of a custom framing legacy in the Tri-Cities region. The current owner, Dick Nelson, is a craftsman, an expert in framing design, and has owned and operated the gallery since the fall of 1990.
With a small but highly dedicated staff, we treat your memorabilia and heirlooms like they will last for generations using only conservation-grade materials. With in-house cross stitch pinning and shadow box mounting, if you can think of it, we can frame it.
We founded the First Friday event in downtown Johnson City and have featured more than 800 local artists since 2000.
